Refund policy

At L’RITUEL, your satisfaction is important to us. Please note that, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used beauty and personal care products. Because skincare is highly personal, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for individual reactions or sensitivities. We encourage all customers to carefully review the ingredient list prior to purchase. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order within 7 days of delivery and contact us promptly at hi@lrituel.com if there are any issues.

Please reach out if:

  • the item is defective or damaged, or

  • you received the wrong product.

We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

In alignment with Australian Consumer Law, L’RITUEL is not required to offer refunds for change-of-mind returns or situations where a product may not be suitable for an individual. This includes instances such as choosing the wrong item, requiring a different size, or simply reconsidering your purchase.
